LEEDS Tykes got their National League 2 campaign off to a winning start against a determined Sheffield who pushed them all the way in a see-saw encounter that saw ten tries and eight leadchanges.
Trailing 32-40 with just a few minutes to go, Sheffield scored a late penalty to give themselves a shot at victory, but Leeds held out for a well-fought away win after a busy summer.
