LUCTONIANS fully deserved this victory over the league champions who came looking to consolidate their position at top of the league.
The home side were superb in all facets of the game, with Giles Morell opening the scoring after good work from Ben Link and Aiden Cheshire. Tom Jones converted.
Hull were fortunate to draw level when a kickthrough bounced kindly for Michael Adlard to score and Simon Humberstone to convert.
