Delight for Blaydon comes at the double

BLAYDON secured the double over Bounrnville with a convincing win.
The home side started brightly and took the lead after 14 minutes when James Cooney went over under the posts. John Clarkson converted.
And the lead was extended five minutes later as Alex Clark scored his side’s second.
Minutes later, the ball was quickly recycled and Ethan Hall-Lyon released Jonny Ashman down the right wing to make it 21-0.
