HULL ran in eight tries as they got the better of battling visitors Bournville.
The Hull pack controlled the early exchanges, allowing Mike Adlard freedom to pressurise the opposition with his breaks. From one of these, Simon Humberstone chipped through for Ali Thompson to open the scoring.
Within five minutes, the Hull backs broke from their own 22 for a superb try by Stephen McColl, converted by Humberstone.
