HULL Ionians travelled to Bournville for the first meeting between these two clubs – but hopefully it won’t be the last!
In a nutshell, this was a highly entertaining affair.
Bournville’s defence dominated the first 10 minutes as they were forced on the back foot.
This led to them kicking long and forcing Hull to play out from defence.
Three defensive turnovers led to three tries from Ben Tibetts, Owen Williams and Ollie Dawkins.
