Hull upset Students as O’Donnell stands out

HULL overcame a strong Loughborough side to record a well-won victory thanks in part to a mammoth performance from back rower Tom O’Donnell.
The hosts got off to an indifferent start as a yellow card awarded against Ali Thompson saw Hull down to 14 and they were driven back to the tryline after an attacking lineout for Loughborough as Sam Thomas crossed.
