HULL struck an agonising blow to Warren Spragg’s Fylde after pulling off a shock win at the Woodlands.
Fylde, usually a freeflowing offensive machine, produced an uncharacteristic display that was blighted by handling errors and lapses in concentration, and drop to second in the National League 2 Division North.
The hosts were off colour from the outset as Hull raced into the lead after winger Michael Adlard touched down within the opening five minutes.
