Williams on move to cut the budget?

SARACENS are searching for a winger suggesting they are not confident of hanging onto Liam Williams.
Williams, who helped Saracens complete a Premiership and European Cup double last season and Wales win a Grand Slam, moved to London to be nearer his girlfriend.
But the Ospreys want him back in South Wales and he has been made an offer by Toulon for next season.
Saracens, are under investigation for alleged salary cap breaches, are likely to have a limited amount of cash to spend on a replacement.
