BOTTOM-of-the-table Peterborough Lions recorded a potentially pivotal win over South Leicester to give their season a shot in the arm.
The visitors offered stern resistance as Peterborough were made to wait to clinch the spoils with a last-gasp try courtesy of Thomas Gulland.
South Leicester took the lead early on as John Hughes took advantage of some slack tackling and Robbie Povey fired the resulting conversion between the posts.
