Hoppers sneak an 11-try thriller

IN A thrilling end-to-end fixture Preston overcame Sheffield Tigers with the 11th try of the game.
Hoppers took the lead through skipper Paul Millea as early as the fourth minute but Sheffield bounced back immediately with a try from Peter Swatkins.
Alex Hurst extended Hoppers’ lead with an unconverted try before the Tigers levelled through a Henri Packard try in the corner which Joe Duffy converted.
Sam Stott restored the Hoppers lead after Tom Davidson and Conor Trueman’s good work.
