PETERBOROUGH finally found their winning ways against previously unbeaten Chester.
Fly-half Ben Young’s try three minutes from time proved to be the difference. Chester started brightly and hooker Alica Croft went over from a driving maul. This galvanised the Lions and they struck back with a penalty by Young. Somewhat against the run of play, Chester scored another unconverted try when flanker Andrew Baston was driven over.
