SOUTH Leicester held off a second-half fightback from Peterborough to record their third win of the season.
Ben Palmer gave South the lead despite a dominant start by the visitors, and followed it with a try five minutes later through a Quinten Koster break.
William Cave extended the home side’s lead with a try after gathering a Ben Palmer kick before Mitch Stephenson crossed for a third try.
Ben Young spotted a gap in South’s defence and his score gave Peterborough the first points of the game.
