A 12-TRY thriller saw Stourbridge edge a promotion clash to keep the pressure on Sale.
After ten minutes Daniel Maher broke an initially-resilient Stourbridge defence to score an unconverted try but the visitors levelled three minutes later via Nicholas David.
A Chris Scott penalty put the visitors ahead in the 20th minute, but Matthew Riley’s barnstorming run through the centre allowed Maher to put his side in front despite a missed conversion.
