RUTHLESS Tynedale stepped up their title challenge with an 11- try demolition of injury-ravaged Otley at a chilly Corbridge.
They went to the top of Division Two North on points difference, with a dazzling display of hard running and super slick handling.
Director of Rugby Scott Lawson was delighted with the way the Northumbrians applied themselves right to the end of a onesided match.
In their last game,
Tynedale had built up a 38-0 lead by half-time against Macclesfield, but finished hanging on grimly as Macclesfield fought back to make it 38-35 at the final whistle.
