SALE moved up to sixth place in the National League Division Two North table after a comprehensive win over Sheffield Tigers at Heywood Road.
A hat-trick from Sale’s Luke James powered the home side to a 52-15 victory over the winless Tigers. James crossed after ten minutes, with Christopher Johnson converting, while the Tigers responded with a Mark Ireland penalty.
