SALE kept up their pursuit of leaders Caldy with a resounding nine-try win at Scunthorpe.
After a quiet opening 15 minutes, Sale went into overdrive with scores from Sam Stelmaszek, Christopher Johnson, Adam Aigbokhae, James Bache and Scott Briggs, as well as doubles from Oli Longmore and Ciaran Connolly. It gave their opponents no chance of even a losing bonus point.
Longmore opened the scoring with a line-out catch and drive, before Stelmaszek was put under the posts by Scott Rawlings minutes later.
