CALDY consolidated their promotion hopes with a well-deserved victory against a Luctonians side who offered plenty and played much of the game in Caldy territory.
Caldy were ahead as early as the first minute when Tom Banks found a gap in Luctoians’ defence to score from close in, Jack Lavin adding the extras.
The away side twice added to their score, Gavin Roberts and Dan Salisbury both going over to give the visitors a 17- point lead, before Lucs scored their solitary try through Louis Silver, to reduce the arrears to 17-5...
