HINCKLEY captain Alex Salt scored a sensational hat-trick as the hosts came from behind to down Scunthorpe at Leicester Road.
The visitors led 15-5 after 36 minutes but fell away badly for their fourth consecutive league defeat.
Scunthorpe centre Stephen Johnson, despite an early try from Salt, had kicked the visitors into an unexpected 15-8 half-time lead before Ashley Dibden scored a late, unconverted consolation try.
The visitors had started strongly with Johnson kicking his first of five penalties after just five minutes.
