IT was not all plain sailing for Barnes, despite their nine-try haul over the south coast club.
Josef Murphy opened the scoring, with Jack Martin converting.
After a scorching solo run by star man Jacques Birch, he offloaded to Josh Asher to score. Worthing hit back through Bruno Perry, before Birch added try number three to the Barnes tally after given space to slip through the Worthing defence.
