OLD Albanians ended Henley Hawks’ proud unbeaten home record as a solid performance helped them come away with a hard-fought victory.
The two sides traded early tries, with the excellent Ben Alexander scoring for OAs after only two minutes, before George Wood responded for Henley shortly afterwards.
It was a cat-andmouse contest with neither side giving an inch and, in a game about fine margins, it was Sam Jones’ faultless kicking that gave the visitors the edge.
