HINCKLEY closed out the year in winning style with a ten-try contest against Loughborough Students in front of a bumper Leicester Road crowd.
In a frantic first 20 minutes, Hinckley showed total scrum dominance and that continued throughout the game. However, issues at line-out time kept the scoreboard at 0-0 for the first 30 minutes before Rory Vowles kicked a penalty.
Shortly afterwards, Vowles scored the first try of the day at the end of a flowing move.
