Luke Allen is in his first year as Henley Hawks’ director of rugby but knows exactly where he wants to take the team: back to National One.
Allen has been with Henley for 12 years and was head coach of the National Two East side for five years, guiding the Hawks to a sixth-place finish last season.
He now has increased commitments due to his director of rugby post, but Henley have shown no signs of slowing down as they currently sit fourth in the table.
