Rochford Hundred paid the penalty for their indiscipline as they crashed to defeat at home to Bury St Edmunds.
The first half was a dour struggle, with Bury taking an early lead with a Kodie Drury-Hawkins penalty in 12th minute. He followed up with another in the 27th minute.
For the majority of the half, Bury dominated territory and possession, but Rochford fought well. In the 37th minute, Bury winger William Christie went over and Drury-Hawkins converted for a 13-0 half-time lead.
