Return to Paddock brings the best out of Oaks

Sevenoaks made their long-awaited return to Knole Paddock last weekend and celebrated it with a 26-17 win over Canterbury.
Knole Paddock is owned by Kent council and due to the pitches being relaid over the summer combined with a lack of rain in the south east, Sevenoaks were forced to postpone their first game of the campaign against Blackheath.
The newly promoted side were then forced to play their second home game – a26-26 draw with Dorking – at Sevenoaks School but were finally able to play at Knole Paddock last weekend, seven weeks into the season.
