REDRUTH ended Guernsey Raiders’ run of seven straight wins, with a tight 27-21 victory at Footes Lane.
The visitors were 10 points ahead inside the first 10 minutes and that sleepy start by the leaders cost them, although they felt they were also hard done by in terms of two ‘tries’ which were not given.
