CANTERBURY notched their second win of the season as they got the better of fellow strugglers Barnstaple.
The expectant Barnstaple crowd were hoping for a change of pace from the home side, but Canterbury started the better and dominated the first 20 minutes.
That early pressure resulted in the first of two tries for Kyan Braithwaite in the 15th minute. Frank Reynolds converted.
