DINGS’ game against Bury St Edmunds took three-and-ahalf hours to complete following a serious injury to prop Liam Appleton.
The Crusaders’ forward was brought down just outside the Bury 22 after 18 minutes and his reaction to the collision immediately indicated something was very wrong.
