TRADITIONAL West Country derbies come no better than promoted Barnstaple reviving rivalries with Clifton in the league and competing for the John Budd trophy, donated in memory of a well-known player who represented both clubs.
Many expected a tight game, but it became apparent that the Barum boys were going to have to contend with the hightempo Clifton demonstrated from the kick-off.
