LEICESTER Lions secured a deserved victory over Sutton on a rainy afternoon at Rugby Lane.
Sutton kicked off proceedings and promptly conceded an early penalty, Ben Young gratefully kicking the points for an early lead.
And the visitor’s pressure paid dividends as fine support play ushered Ethan Godefroy over the line, with Young adding the extras.
