CLIFTON appeared to have this game in the bag after a first quarter in which they dominated both territory and possession.
It was, however, the growing confidence of their Surrey visitors which led to home nerves being stretched in the final 20 minutes as the scores edged ever closer Winger Cam McDonald inspired his Clifton teammates early on.
