Bonds licensed to seal it for Redruth

BILLY Bonds’ late try secured Redruth’s second win of the season, after a spirited second-half comeback from hosts Worthing had threatened their half-time lead.
The first 40 minutes were played largely in the Worthing half, and Aaron Simmonds notched the first score of the day to put the Cornish side ahead after five minutes.
Worthing’s defence was littered with errors in the early stages and the boot of Fraser Honey and a try from Matthew Shepherd gave the visitors a 16-0 advantage going into the interval.
