WITH Reds looking to bounce back after a fiftypoint mauling in their last game, a windswept pitch proved to be a hazard for both sides in an error-strewn game.
Kieran Hill opened the scoring for Reds with a penalty but with Barnes stripping the ball and moving it fast across field, Tom O’Toole crossed for a 5-3 lead.
A penalty to touch and cross-field move saw Reds score next through wing Ezra Caven’s spectacular dive.
