DINGS picked up a couple of losing bonus points in what turned out to be an absorbing contest.
Tonbridge, though, deservedly won and bagged the full five points.
The Kent side got off to a blistering start, racing into a 17-0 lead inside 15- minutes.
At that point, it looked as though Crusaders were going to be on the end of a cricket score.
But, by half-time, Dings were right back in it at 17-15.
