A LAST-MINUTE Will Robinson penalty denied Bury St Edmunds a losing bonus point in this lowscoring match that failed to fire.
Although Bury had the majority of possession, they lacked the nous and creativity to break down a well organised Juddians defence throughout. Bury’s cause was not helped by the speed of their play, which was simply not quick enough, whereas Tonbridge attacked with far more vim and vigour. Juddians took the lead at the mid-point of the first half – Robinson spotting a gap in a drifting defence to race to the line.
