Owen brace inspires Geese victory

GEORGE Owen scored two tries as London Irish Wild Geese ease their relegation fears with a 36-19 victory over Henley.
The first half was fairly even with Irish using their big back row forwards and Henley playing at pace.
A good break by Pete Hodgkinson set up a drive for prop Zaki Chamnaoui to score the visitors’ first try converted by Alex Seers.
With the Irish scrum dominant, the visitors increased their lead immediately when a Henley attack broke down and Owen kicked through and collected to score.
