OLD Redcliffians took the Bristol derby by the scruff of its neck to record a much-needed bonus-point win.
Under extreme pressure for the opening 20 minutes of the second period, not leaving their own half, they held out and secured the victory with two late tries.
The hosts got an advantage up front after the early exchanges and an Ash Groves penalty opened the scoring.
The home eight were showing their power and a line-out from a penalty saw hooker Kieran Ward score from a rolling maul.
