REDRUTH overcame a seven-point first-half deficit to overpower Taunton with four second-half tries.
Taunton made the most of their early possession when Jack Claydon scored after a break from Lewis Webb.
Redruth replied from the restart when they scored off a catch-anddrive with skipper Richard Brown credited with the unconverted try.
The Reds then lost player-coach Pale Nonu to the sin bin allowing Taunton to take control firstly through a Kingdom penalty, before he added the conversion to Dan Frost’s try.
