CHINNOR’S title challenge remained on course as they downed Canterbury.
Kieran Thompson put the visitors ahead with a neat try but Chinnor responded well as a powerful break forward was too much for the away side to handle, and Ali Bone crashed over for Chinnor’s first try – unconverted.
And ten minutes later, Kieran Goss’ counterattack took play into Canterbury’s half where Luke Peters picked a good angle to penetrate the defence and score.
