DARTMOUTH RFC almost disbanded last season after struggling to raise 15 players for their fixtures, but a local builder, who introduced his young labourers to the sport, has turned the club’s fortunes around.
Having lost nine games last season, Dartmouth came back and beat the sides they had lost to in the first half of their campaign and were voted the best team in Devon at their level.
