LOUGHBOROUGH hosted a rearranged fixture with Stourbridge. With the wind howling, both sides opted for a close-quarters game.
The home side started well with an early charge from the students, leading to a disallowed try. Stourbridge couldn’t handle the speed and agility of the home sides’ backs.
Whenever James, Trinder took the ball, you could be certain they would penetrate though the away pack.
Stourbridge opened the scoring in the 15th minute, via a converted try followed by another between the posts.
