A COMPOSED Chester worked doggedly to secure the winning points against a young Lucs team, who grafted hard throughout for little gain.
Chester took the lead when Liam Reeve kicked from wide following Lucs infringements after nine minutes. The home side, despite plenty of possession, struggled to gain any meaningful ground with Chester’s tackling impressive throughout.
