Josh Carrington scored a hat-trick as Cardiff Met beat Cardiff 50-28 in a Welsh capital derby to move top of the table.
Visitors Cardiff scored an early try before a great move from the Archers backline saw Carrington score his first. Rory Morgan, Steff Davies and Gus Patterson all went over to secure the bonus point before half-time. Jake Thomas continued the Met try scoring and while Cardiff hit back with scores of their own, two more tries from Carrington sealed victory.
