Swansea stunned Cardiff Met at Cyncoed in their Welsh derby to re-ignite their season and move into the play-off places.
Carried through with vocal away support, Garin Lloyd scored from the back of a maul and Callum Dodd finished in the corner after Met failed to deal with a high ball to give Swansea a 10-0 lead inside nine minutes.
