Mark McCall surprised by timing of new law changes in Champions Cup

Mark McCall is surprised law trials are being introduced to the Champions Cup this week halfway through the group stage, but does not expect them to wrong foot sides.
The four changes reduce the time to take conversions to a minute, the same as a penalty. Teams will be given 30 seconds to set up a lineout, a crooked throw in a lineout will not be blown if it is uncontested and there will be greater protection for scrum-halves at scrums, rucks and mauls.
