TODD Blackadder said that refereeing calls at the breakdown had favoured Toulon, but that his Bath side had given a good account of themselves despite the handicap.
The Bath rugby director gave an ironic appraisal of the tackle area: “Why would I be frustrated around inconsistency at the breakdown? We were over the ball for no reward, and then they were rewarded for doing exactly the same thing.”
