Prem Rugby Cup: Louie Tonkin ‘gutted’ to miss chances against Exeter Chiefs

Ealing Trailfinders coach Louie Tonkin rued missed opportunities as he watched his side bow out of the Premiership Cup.
“We’re gutted,” said Tonkin. “We were in a great position in terms of the scoreboard around that hour mark.
"We were camped on their line, lots of pressure, but they managed to turn us over and get that momentum they needed. It was probably the turning point of the game.
“That said, as coaches we’re very proud of our lads’ efforts. Yes, we’re disappointed, just because we felt the game was there for the taking, but a lot of what we did out there was outstanding.
