Harlequins have faced up to facts this week and admitted that they need to put their dismal record against Exeter at Sandy Park to bed.
Back in May, Quins were beaten 58-26, having gone into half-time level at 21-21, to extend their run of Premiership defeats in Devon to 10 matches
In their last three league games there, Quins have shipped 43 points or more and it is now just over a decade since Tom Guest’s late try earned them a 30-29 win.
Danny Care and Joe Marler are the only survivors in the present Quins squad to play in that victory in May 2014.
