English rugby is going through what can only be described as a transition period, but overall I’m positive about the game in this country.
The Premiership was a great spectacle last season, with eight teams in with a shot of the play-offs approaching the final rounds, and England have definitely showed signs of improvement although they remain inconsistent.
But there is still lots to fix.
