Simon Halliday says the decision of Jersey Reds to go into administration, while criticising the RFU leadership for a lack of support, has resulted in a growing sense of turmoil and discord in English club rugby.
Championship title holders Jersey announced on Thursday they were to cease trading after an investor pulled out of a funding deal because of uncertainty over the future of the second tier of English rugby.
