McCall: Defence not up to standard

Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall rued his side’s ‘sloppy’ defence.
“It’s not a performance we are happy with,” he said. “Bath harassed us really well and we were below our normal standard. We didn’t do the hard stuff that needed to be done.
“They got after us in the breakdown, we didn’t get enough bodies there and some of their tries came off our mistakes. Our desperation to defend in those situations wasn’t enough.
